Generational Healing is an opportunity to explore your family stories and their living legacies and where possible to celebrate the good gifts you have from them as well as find healing for family wounds that still have power or control in our lives. We can do this because Jesus has gone before us and as the resurrection and the life He can bring deliverance and renewal to our generational wounds.
Rev. Dr. Russ Parker was Director of the Acorn Christian Healing Foundation from 1995-2013. Russ’s contribution as Director was to teach, write, develop training materials and lead a dedicated staff of over 20 people. Russ was Acorn’s International Ambassador in which he was responsible for developing partnerships on listening and reconciliation in 12 nations ranging from Northern Ireland, Rwanda, Burundi, Hong Kong and the United States. Russ is now the Director of 2Restore: Reconciliation Resources for your Church which offers a range of resources in order to help churches resolve and heal their legacies of unhealed stories and their issues and move forward in a renewed ability to flourish as God intends.
